The Phoenix Empire is currently lead by Empress Isa de Sélo, who returned from exile in Leviathan Sea Empire after having converted to Solarianism. Having taken control of the military again by returning to the throne, she announced the formation of the empire and started a campaign of execution for the members of God's Will.
Culture
The empire follows the religion of Solarianism, specifically the ideas of Mx. Solarian Will. All other churches and religious centers have been destroyed, and the open practice of other religions has been banned.
